Training Workshops

  • 10-hour workshop at customer's facility (1 or 2 days).
  • Cost is $5,000, plus all travel expenses for two instructors.
  • Workshop may include up to eight students.

Technical Services

  • Technical services are quoted on a project-specific basis.
  • Technical services may include the following:
    • Enterprise analysis, planning, and execution of Lean / Six Sigma process improvement
    • ProcessEdge Enterprise Suite customization and integration with legacy applications
    • Process knowledge audits and appraisals (e.g., MAP, AS9100, CMMI)
    • Custom design of process knowledge asset repository for initiatives such as: ISO 9000 Certification Planning, Six Sigma Certification Planning, Systems Engineering, Process Benchmarking and Improvement, and ERP Implementation Planning.

End-User Installation Prerequisites

  • Operating system (latest SPs): Microsoft Windows® XP Professional, Vista-32, or Windows 7

  • Microsoft Project® 2007, SP2 or higher

Warranty

Intelligent Systems Technology, Inc. (ISTI) warrants that the unpublished software licensed from ISTI shall perform substantially in accordance with ISTI's published specifications and documentation for ninety (90) days after the installation at the client's location. However, ISTI does not warrant that the use of the software will be uninterrupted or error free. Client's exclusive remedy and ISTI's sole liability under this warranty shall be for ISTI to attempt through reasonable efforts to correct the defect, within the initial ninety (90) day warranty period.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ISTI OR ITS LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE ISTI SOFTWARE, OR CAUSED BY ANY DEFECT, FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM OR SUCH DAMAGE IS BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ISTI OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR AN AMOUNT GREATER THAN PAYMENTS MADE TO ISTI BY CLIENT.
