Intelligent Systems Technology, Inc. Wins Three New Training Awards

SANTA MONICA, CALIF. APRIL 4, 2005 Intelligent Systems Technology, Inc. (ISTI) (, a leading provider of web-based training and enterprise productivity solutions announced today that it has been awarded over $1.3 million from the USAF, Navy and Army to develop innovative web-based training solutions.

"We expect to significantly lower the cost of building and maintaining simulation-based training systems while also improving material retention on the part of the learners."

The Air Force R&D effort is intended to dramatically enhance the decisionmakers' ability of command and control personnel through timely and proper exploitation of C2 information systems. The Navy award, on which ISTI is a principal subcontractor, is intended to infuse the Science of Learning into web-based courseware for engineering plant operation and maintenance. The Army R&D award is for exploiting advances in effective story-telling in building an interactive story-based instructional system for leadership skills training.
