ISTI Wins R&D Awards for Enterprise Architecting and Application Software Security

SANTA MONICA, CALIF. MARCH 31, 2005 Intelligent Systems Technology, Inc. (ISTI) (www.intelsystech.com), a leading provider of enterprise architecting and web-based productivity solutions announced today that it has received two new Phase I Small Business Innovative Research awards. The first award from the U.S. Army is for enterprise systems architecting and analysis. The second award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense is for software application security during the development process.

The Army award is for developing an enterprise architecting toolset in accord with Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF). The OSD award is for developing techniques for protecting high value software during the development process from both malicious outsiders as well as insider threats. "Our accomplishments on these projects will uniquely position the Company in the enterprise architecting and software security space," said Dr. Azad Madni, Chairman and CEO of ISTI.
